How it works ?

 
1° You explain the problem you have with the installation or configuration. We will prompty review the question.

2° If needed, we will ask for more details. Then our answer will be clear : either “Sorry, we cannot help.” or “Yes, we can help.”

3° We invite you to pay a fee. In many cases, the fee is 50 euros (about 73.50 US $; customers in the European Union must add 21% VAT, if they do not have a VAT number).

4° You make the payment through a secure server. We accept MasterCard and Visa.

5° We suggest a solution. We assist you in implementing it. We exchange more information, if necessary. Optionally, we directly connect to your server.

6° Your AWStats works like a charm.
