Hello ,  ALL !

I'm try get from remote server

LogFile="https://domain.com/log.pl"

 

answer :

Error: Couldn't open server log
file
"https://domain.com/log.pl?"
: No such file or directory

Setup ('/home/user1/data/www/server.com/cgi-bin/awstats.domain.comconf' file, web server or permissions) may be wrong.

Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in 'docs' directory).

Hello,

You cannot use a URL to specify the log file. You have to use a Linux/Unix path, something like /home/user1/log_directory/file.log.

If the log file is on a remote server, you could use another script that will automatically move the file to the local server before you pass it to AWStats. You can also manually FTP (GET command) the file to the local server.

curl is okay for HTTP, HTTPS or FTP access. If possible, I would prefer to use ftp_fget in a PHP script or Net::FTP in a Perl script.
