As from documentation awstats.model.conf configuration file should exists in any of following paths

" /etc/awstats",

"/usr/local/etc/awstats"

"/etc"  (for  Unix/Linux)

 same directory of awstats.pl (Windows, Mac, Unix/Linux…)

Is there any setting ,if i want all awstats.xxxxx.conf files to be placed in any specific seperate folder other than above paths

Hi,

You will need to patch awstats.pl  if you want to put the config files in another directory. This seems to be pretty easy. Find the Read_Config  function. A few lines below, you find an array called @PossibleConfigDir . I never tried it, but I guess that you just have to add the new path in there.
