my sample log is as follows

2009-10-22    07:04:14    HKG1    8475    203.196.170.112    GET    d33hb43srw3lpd.cloudfront.net    /Cloudbuddy22.10.2009/homepage.html    200    -    Mozilla/5.0%20(Windows;%20U;%20Windows%20NT%205.1;%20en-US;%20rv:1.8.1.20)%20Gecko/20081217%20Firefox/2.0.0.20 

 I have used following LogFormat for the above log structure

   

LogFormat= "%time2 %other %bytesd %host %method %other %url %code %referer %ua" 

 When i tried to run the awstats.pl from command line i am getting

Corrupted record line 1 (record format does not match LogFormat parameter): 2009-10-22    07:04:14    HKG1    8475    203.196.170.112    GET    d33hb43srw3lpd.cloudfront.net    /Cloudbuddy22.10.2009/homepage.html    200    -    Mozilla/5.0%20(Windows;%20U;%20Windows%20NT%205.1;%20en-US;%20rv:1.8.1.20)%20Gecko/20081217%20Firefox/2.0.0.20 

 I have tried several combinations but cant get it right

Can any body help to correct the log format if it is wrong?

If its not wrong ,please tell that how could i resolve this problem.

Hi,

Does your log format use tabs as separators between the fields ? If this is the case, you need to specify

LogSeparator="\\s+"

I belileve that your LogFormat is okay.
