Hi,
I want to show country chart in Awstats Report, I used GEO ip plugins and database, but after installing and running report i am getting error.
It will be really helpful if you tell me the proper step to show countrywise chart in Awstats Report.

Hi Deepak,
Please read the documentation in awstats.model.conf and try from there.
As explained there:
1. You first need one of these Perl modules: Geo::IP or Geo::IP::PurePerl.
2. Secondly you need one of the Maxmind country databases. There are two versions of the database: GeoIP Country and GeoLite Country. Check the Maxmind web site for details.
3. And finally you have to activate the GeoIP plugin in your AWStats config file.

Hi Jean-Luc,
Thanks for your approach.
I have installed GeoIP pureperl plugin on mysystem.
I have also installed database for country(GeoIP.dat) and city(GeoLitecity.dat).
But after running report i can see Geoip city and country in my Hosts section not in Country section.
Can you please help me.

The city and country information in the "hosts" section is read from the GeoIP databases at the time you display the report, while the "Countries" section was generated when you updated the statistics.
You will need to re-run the updates in order to view the countries in the "Countries" section for the passed days.
