Hello,

i have to build static awstats for some different domains.

And i didn't get it :o(

I read  a lot of stuff on the net and the man.

Where is the difference between awstats.pl and awstats_buildstaticpages.pl??

I will need all pages that can awstats can generate.

Any ideas?

Hi Stefan,

awstats.pl  is the standard AWStats program. awstats_buildstaticpages.pl   is a utility that generates a complete set of static pages. It calls awstats.pl   when it needs to.

Have you been able to generate the AWStats database files (named like this: awstats062008.domain_name.txt) ? What error messages do you get and at what point ?
