We have a problem installing AwSTATS although it is installed it does not seem to recognize countries? Is this a commonly known problem? Thanks!

Beste Sinterklaas,

This is not a known problem. Look at the value of DNSLookup  in your AWStats config file.

If DNSLookup=1, the countries should be recognized. If DNSLookup=0, countries will be recognized if you install a geolocation plugin, like GeoIP  or GeoIPfree.
