Hello,

i have two problems with my AWSTATS installation:

  • the first but not really important is that the images are not showed. I think is a path problem, but i don't know how can change it;
  • the second is the logformat

This is my logfile:

#Software: Microsoft Internet Information Services 7.0
#Version: 1.0
#Date: 2010-10-03 00:03:06
#Fields: date time s-ip cs-method cs-uri-stem cs-uri-query s-port cs-username c-ip cs(User-Agent) sc-substatus sc-win32-status sc-bytes time-taken
2010-10-03 00:03:06 193.204.79.37 GET /CamClim_02Carbatm.aspx – 80 – 67.195.115.121 Mozilla/5.0+(compatible;+Yahoo!+Slurp/3.0;+http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/ysearch/slurp) 0 0 24149 886
2010-10-03 00:05:51 193.204.79.37 GET /default_en.aspx – 80 – 207.46.195.225 msnbot/2.0b+(+http://search.msn.com/msnbot.htm) 0 0 91869 2781
2010-10-03 00:12:54 193.204.79.37 GET /login_allenamento.aspx – 80 – 207.46.204.197 msnbot/2.0b+(+http://search.msn.com/msnbot.htm) 0 64 0 596

The log file format is:

LogFormat="%time2 %host_r %method %url %query %other %logname %host %ua %other %code %bytesd %other"

The result is always the same : http://www.circlemednet.unisal…..salento.it

Thanks in advance if anybody can help me.

Hello,

The main problem is that there is no %code field (called sc-status by IIS) in your log file. This field is mandatory. The most common value for %code is 200 which means "ok". Your log file as it is now cannot be analyzed by AWStats. All what you could do is add " 200" at the end of each line and fool AWStats by calling this last field %code.

sc-substatus and sc-win32-status are not used by AWStats.

Regarding the icons directory,

DirIcons="/awstats/icon"

will make it work.
