You can configure that in the “Optional appearance setup section” in the AWStats config file.

Keep these three sections set as usual and set all others to 0 :

ShowSummary=UVPHB
ShowMonthStats=UVPHB
ShowDaysOfMonthStats=VPHB
ShowDaysOfWeekStats=0
ShowHoursStats=0
…
