Hello again,

I've tried to process week old logs into awstats and all I usually get is:

Phase 1 : First bypass old records, searching new record…
Searching new records from beginning of log file…
Jumped lines in file: 0
Parsed lines in file: 28114
 Found 5 dropped records,
 Found 15 corrupted records,
 Found 28094 old records,
 Found 0 new qualified records.

Is this because awstats has already processed newer logs than the one I'm trying to process?  If so, is there any way so that we can process old data?

Thanks for your time.

Yes, that's because AWStats already processed newer logs. Just temporarily move all the existing AWStats database files to another directory, then process the old logs and finally restore the AWStats database files as needed.

You will need to reprocess all days of a month if one day is missing in the middle of that month.

Hey Jean-Luc,

Your solution worked out very nicely.

Thank you again.
