Hello AWStats forum: 
 
I have tried everything according to the AWStats documentation and forum entries to get my Extra section to work, but it just reads 0 entries. Would anyone be able to offer any suggestions?  
 
The screens shows:

The log has many 302 redirects, as sample of which is shown below:
