We have installed a parameter called "Google Domains" in extra section as shown in document. We have used the following code to display the result.

ExtraSectionName1="Referring Google Domains"

ExtraSectionCodeFilter1="200 304"

ExtraSectionCondition1="REFERER,^https?://([w.-]+.)?google.[^/]+/"

ExtraSectionFirstColumnTitle1="Domain Name"

ExtraSectionFirstColumnValues1="REFERER,^https?://([^/]+)/"

ExtraSectionFirstColumnFormat1="&nbsp;<a href="http://%s/" target="_blank">%s</a>"

ExtraSectionStatTypes1=PH

ExtraSectionAddSumRow1=1

MaxNbOfExtra1=10

MinHitExtra1=1

As per document it should provide out as

Referrers from Google domains

The output we are getting is diff. Please help me in resolving this issue

The result you get seems to mix up the outputs of two extra sections.

This happens when you change the definition of an extra section in the middle of a month. For example, if your extra section 1 is supposed to show keywords (say, when created on February 1) and if you change it to show Google domains on say February 10, you will end up with a mix of keywords and Google domains as the AWStats data file will add the Google domains to a section that already contained keywords. If you do not want that, you need to re-run the AWStats update for all month with the new extra section.

Hi Jean

Thanks for your reply. We have following setting in "Extra Section" and data we have seen is only for current month. What u means is I need to create 2 " Extra Section" in the reprot and compile this feature under new Extra Section.

The settings we have currently is

Extra/Marketing:
Google Searches – Top 2000
Full list
Yahoo Searches – Top 2000
Full list
 Full list
Google.co.in Searches – Top 2000
 Full list

Admin : this very long list of 17 extra sections has been edited.

It appears that you have already 17 extra sections. What happened is that you changed one of these extra sections during the month. Then, you get a report of that extra section that contains data collected with the old and the new version, all mixed up. If you add an 18th extra section, you will not have this kind of problem.

I have already suggested to the developers of AWStats to use names for extra sections rather than numbers. Not sure they heard it though. Anyway, this would allow to create portable extra sections rather to have to change their numbers and to lose the old data.

Hi Jean

Thanks for your reply. I didn't get you on it. Yes we have 17 Extra Sections I do agree but we have added this " Google domains" section recently but a fresh to existing extra section. We have tried adding it as new onbe again on 18th position but the result remains same. I am waiting till end of this month so that in March will have fresh file there should not be any mixup.
