We have Search Keywords/Pharses implemented in awstats on our site using Extra Section. We are getting results combined for google. I would like to split these keyword search results for country specific like google.com, google.co.uk, google.co.in etc.

Please help me how to split these results.

Hi,

You will need one extra section per country. Try this for India :

ExtraSectionCondition1="REFERER,^http:\/\/[^/]*google.co.in\/"

For other countries, change the top level domain.

We have added following items in extra sections few days back.

Google Domains by country for co.in, .com, co.uk

also we have added Refferes by domains. The problem we are facing now is when the file size reaching about 300 MB it stops showing total display. Thr right side is coming as blank. Left side links do appear but no data on screen.
Once we remove these sections the file works OK and show all results. What could be the possible reason. Please help me.

Hi,

It looks like a time-out coming from your web server. When the time to generate a page or a frame exceeds some limit, the process is aborted by the system. This can happen when the AWStats database becomes too big for what your server can handle. By the way, is 300 MByte the size of the AWStats database file or the size of the log file ? If it is the size of the log file, that's not big and the server should not have problems with it.

You can consider moving AWStats to a more powerful server.

One other way to deal with this problem is to change the time limit allowed to generate the page.

Does it happen at the time you update the stats or when you just show the AWStats report ? If it only happens when running an update, you better run the updates from the command line and not from the browser.

So, as you see, it is hard to give just one simple answer. I hope these comments help you clarify thie issue though.
