Hi,
Did you read the information under Other utilities, maillogconvert.pl and under FAQ-COM100 : setup for mail log files.
I am not familiar with mail log formats. Do you have a description of the fields used in your mail log file ?

Maybe you can ask your Sun contact person to provide you a description of the fields used in the log file.
Otherwise, we will have to wait that someone who knows the format comes around…

i kind of translate it , but when i try to update it with debug=4 it shows me this:
DEBUG 4 - Correct format line 13334: date=22-Apr-2008 18:10:32.55 method=tcp_intranet code=E size=118 email=newsletter@oasrs.org email_r=rfc822;a_roseta@hotmail host=a_roseta@hotmail.ahp.pt hostr=ahp-7gnsjbyhw2d url=([192.168.12.100])
Can u see something usefull in this debug?
I got this logFormat: %time2 %other %method %code %bytesd %email %email_r %host %host_r %url
Jumped lines in file: 0 Parsed lines in file: 45678 Found 17 dropped records, Found 45661 corrupted records, Found 0 old records, Found 0 new qualified records.
Do you have any idea to resolve this problem?

These error messages mean that your LogFormat is not valid and that some valid fields don't contain a valid value.
I am convinced that you need a program to preprocess the log file before you pass it to AWStats. This program will have to convert the special format of your log file to a format that AWStats can understand.
Among other things, %time2 is not the format of your date and time. Our page about AWStats LogFormat includes a description of the valid date and time formats for AWStats.
