Hi,

The hours chart in the AWStats reports refer to the time zone used by the web server for its log files. For Apache web server, this is the server local time. For IIS web server, this is Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

timezone.pm  is an AWStats plugin that allows IIS users to convert the time in the AWStats reports into their local time
